Paranormal

Suspension of disbelief

All of my novels are concerned, to some extent, with the paranormal – I’m not entirely sure why. So I thought it would be interesting to find out about people’s beliefs in, and experiences of, phenomena such as reincarnation, spirit possession, ghosts, angels. In July this year I ran a survey on the topic in which over 2,500 people took part. Over 1,600 also described some of their extraordinary experiences.

Though I class myself as an agnostic, I do believe that our lives are far richer if we open our minds to the possibility of things we don’t understand. So I also decided to start a blog simply summarising some of the fascinating research in that field – including the results of the survey.
